A. Please include your original packing slip with your return, as well as note explaining the problem you had with the product and how you would like us to proceed.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my exchange?
A. Your exchanged product will be sent to you as soon as we receive your return. Standard shipping will then apply: in North America, please allow approximately 5-7 days for delivery; Europe & UK deliveries allow approximately 14 days; South American delivieries allow approximately 7-10 days.
Q. Can I order a new item now and return the original item later for credit?
A. Yes. Return the original item with the packing slip and complete your new order online with a note that you are making an exchange.
