Dirk had purchased a Walkabout hat from us at the Minnesota State Fair a few years ago. Although he never wore it, he decided to return it at this year’s fair. When Dirk arrived at our booth, our team member Dave was ready to help.
But that wasn’t all.
Dirk’s girlfriend also brought along another Walkabout hat that had lost its shape after being packed for travel. Dave did his best to reshape it, but when it didn’t work, he went above and beyond — offering her a brand-new replacement hat, no questions asked.
